Processing Time

All items are handcrafted with care in ritual. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During high-volume periods, Sabbat releases, or custom work, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via tracked mail through Canada Post or Chit Chats (with USPS for U.S. orders). Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot refund or replace packages sent to an incorrect address.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. Venus Moon Emporium is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or lost parcels caused by the postal service.

If your item appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with tracking or open an investigation with the carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped and protected using eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Each parcel is blessed before shipping to ensure it reaches you safely and in harmony.
