Refunds & Returns

All items at Venus Moon Emporium are handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the personal and ritual nature of these creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly so we can assist with tracking or filing a postal inquiry. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or lost parcels caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to help locate your package.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before checkout, as we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
